Are free mock tests available on Mock Lagao?

Yes! Mock Lagao offers free mock tests for various competitive exams so you can experience the real exam interface, timer, question palette, and detailed performance report before purchasing a premium pass.

Can I resume an unfinished or interrupted mock test?

Yes, if your internet connection drops or you close the browser tab accidentally, your attempt remains saved in your Student Dashboard under "My Tests" with an active "Resume Test Now" option until the test timer expires.

How are sectional timing and negative marking calculated?

Each mock test accurately follows the latest official exam scheme. Marks per correct answer and negative marks per wrong answer (e.g. 0.25 or 0.50) are calculated automatically by our scoring engine.

What is included in a Test Series package?

A Test Series includes full-length Prelims & Mains mock tests, subject-wise chapter tests, speed tests, previous year papers (PYQs), and comprehensive solution explanations with step-by-step methods.

How does the Premium Membership work?

A Premium Membership gives you unlimited access to all published mock tests across SSC, Railway, Banking, and State exams for the duration of your validity period (e.g., 365 Days Pass), completely ad-free with full solution access.

Which payment methods are accepted for buying a pass?

How is All India Rank (AIR) calculated?

Your All India Rank (AIR) is computed instantly after submitting a test by comparing your net score, accuracy percentage, and time taken against thousands of candidates who attempted the same test across India.

How can I earn and verify completion certificates?

Upon achieving qualifying cutoffs in official All India Test Series, verifiable certificates are awarded to your Student Dashboard under "Certificates". Anyone can verify them on our Results & Verification page using the Certificate ID.

How do I add money to my Mock Lagao Wallet?

Log into your Student Dashboard, go to the "Wallet & Pass" tab, enter the amount (minimum ₹100), and click "Proceed to Add Money". Balance is updated instantly upon successful transaction.

How do I reset my account password?

Click on "Forgot Password?" on the Student Login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the password reset link sent to your inbox. You can also change your password anytime inside Student Dashboard -> Account Settings.
